1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the relationship between the "UnBlock VPN" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and any legally capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

"Telegram Bot" — a software tool in the Telegram messenger designed to interact with the User, provide information, and facilitate Subscription sales.
"Service" — the Provider's hardware and software complex, including VPN servers, Telegram bot (UnBlock VPN), and any other means of ensuring the Service's operation.
"Subscription" — paid right to access the Service under the terms of the selected plan.
3. Collection and Use of Information
3.1. The Service collects and stores only Telegram ID and Telegram username when available. This is necessary for the Bot's operation and User identification when contacting technical support.
3.2. The Service may use external analytics services (e.g., Yandex.Metrica) to analyze user behavior.
3.3. Payment for services is made through external payment providers. The Service does not store or collect payment data; it is protected by the providers.
4. Disclosure of Information
4.1. The Service does not disclose user information to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation or the User's country.
4.2. Telegram ID may be disclosed to third parties only to the extent necessary to provide services (for example, to connect to a VPN server).
5. Information Protection
5.1. The Service takes measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
5.2. Absolute protection is not guaranteed, however the Service undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the security of user data.
6. User Rights
6.1. The User has the right to request information about their data stored by the Service.
6.2. The User has the right to demand correction or deletion of data if it is incorrect or outdated.
6.3. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data; in this case, the Service may limit the provision of services to the User.
7. Information Retention Period
7.1. Data is stored only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of its collection, or for the period established by local legislation.
7.2. After the specified period, the data is deleted from the Service database.
8. Links to Third-Party Resources
8.1. The Service may contain links to third-party resources; the Service is not responsible for their content and actions.
8.2. It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the privacy policy of third-party resources before using them.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
9.1. The Service has the right to make changes to the Policy without prior notice. The new edition comes into force from the moment of its publication.
