3.1. User
3.1.1. The User is obliged to use the Service without violating the legislation of the Russian Federation and the User's local legislation.
3.1.2. The User is obliged not to use the Service for illegal activities, including the distribution of malicious software, hacking computer systems, and other actions that violate the rights of third parties.
3.1.3. The User is prohibited from using additional accounts (twinks, bots) for purposes including, but not limited to, "boosting" referrals, referral balance, reselling, or trial Subscriptions.
3.1.4. The User is obliged not to use torrent protocols or any other similar protocols when using the Service.
3.1.5. The User has the right to receive paid services in accordance with the tariffs and conditions specified in the Telegram bot.
3.1.6. The User has the right to know the reason for denial of service provision by contacting the support service — Section 13 of this Agreement.
3.2. Provider
3.2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide access to the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3.2.2. The Provider is not responsible for failures in the operation of intermediary services that may lead to a decrease in internet connection speed when using the Service.
3.2.3. The Provider has the right to change the terms and prices of tariffs unilaterally, after notifying the User in advance.
3.2.4. The Provider has the right to restrict the User's access to the Service without prior notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement, or if such User's actions may cause actual or potential harm to the Service.
3.2.5. The Provider has the right, in the presence of restricted access to the Service, or upon suspicion of violation of this Agreement, or upon suspicion of violation of the Russian Federation Law "On Combating the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime and Financing of Terrorism" dated August 7, 2001 No. 115-FZ, to refuse the User payments under the referral program.
